In the days of fast travel, it seems somewhat strange that such a lovely and exciting corner of the world should be relatively unknown apart from mainstream tourism. Each of the countries found there, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Cyprus, and Turkey, have their indefinable charm and distinctiveness.
Since 2002, Leon Dimitrios started documenting the changes and contradictions and the diversity of cultures, living traditions, and unique natural beauty of the countries, but also the social and economic change in each of them.
